HiveClix Publisher & Advertiser Terms

These terms govern your participation in the HiveClix peer-powered advertising network, operated as part of haiv3.com. By registering as a Publisher or Advertiser, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of haiv3.com. In the event of any conflict, these HiveClix-specific terms take precedence.

  1. Eligibility

To participate in HiveClix — whether as a Publisher, Advertiser, or both — you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Not be acting on behalf of any person or entity that is subject to trade sanctions or export controls.

HiveClix is open to participants in all countries worldwide, subject to applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. haiv3.com reserves the right to restrict access in specific territories at any time.

  1. Publisher Earnings

Publishers earn revenue by sharing tracked campaign links. The following rates and conditions apply:

Cost-per-click (CPC) share: Publishers receive 65% of the CPC value for each valid, verified click generated through their unique tracked link. This rate is subject to change at haiv3.com’s sole discretion with reasonable notice.
Referral bonus: Publishers who refer new Publishers earn an additional 5% of the referred Publisher’s future verified earnings, paid indefinitely for as long as both accounts remain active and in good standing. This rate is also subject to change.
All earnings are credited in USD equivalent and held subject to the validation and hold periods described in Section 4.
haiv3.com reserves the right to adjust CPC rates and referral bonus percentages at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform dashboard and/or email.

  1. Account Validation & Earnings Hold

To protect the integrity of the HiveClix network, all new Publisher accounts are subject to the following:

Account validation period: A 48-hour period following registration during which accounts are reviewed and validated before earnings begin accumulating.
Earnings hold: All verified earnings are subject to a 7-day holding period from the date the click is recorded. Earnings become available for withdrawal only after this hold period expires.
haiv3.com reserves the right to extend hold periods for accounts under review for suspected fraud or policy violations.

  1. Withdrawals
    Minimum withdrawal: The minimum balance required to request a withdrawal is $3.00 USD equivalent. This threshold is subject to change.
    Payment method: All withdrawals are processed via cryptocurrency only. No bank transfers, PayPal, or other fiat payment methods are currently supported.
    Publishers are responsible for providing accurate and valid cryptocurrency wallet addresses. haiv3.com accepts no liability for funds sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
    Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on network conditions and internal review requirements.
  2. Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers fund campaigns via the HiveClix wallet system. By creating a campaign, Advertisers agree that:

Campaign content must not violate any applicable laws or haiv3.com’s general Terms and Conditions.
Campaigns must link to legitimate, functional, and clearly described destinations.
Funds deposited into the advertiser wallet are non-refundable once a campaign has been activated and clicks have been processed against it.
haiv3.com reserves the right to suspend or reject any campaign at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

  1. Fraud, Abuse & Prohibited Conduct

HiveClix operates a multi-layer fraud detection system. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated earnings:

Self-clicking — generating clicks on your own tracked links, directly or indirectly.
Using bots, scripts, automated tools, click farms, or any artificial means to generate clicks.
Coordinating with other users to artificially inflate click counts.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent fraud detection or earn referral bonuses fraudulently.
Providing false registration information.
Any attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the HiveClix platform or its tracking systems.

haiv3.com reserves the right to pursue civil and/or criminal legal action against individuals or entities found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to claims for damages, recovery of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

  1. Account Suspension & Balance Forfeiture

If an account is suspended for breach of these terms — including but not limited to fraud or abuse as described in Section 6 — all accumulated earnings, whether held or pending, will be immediately and permanently forfeited. No payment will be made in respect of forfeited balances under any circumstances.

  1. Account Inactivity

haiv3.com reserves the right to terminate any Publisher or Advertiser account that has shown no activity for a continuous period of 90 days. “Activity” includes logging in, generating verified clicks, or maintaining an active funded campaign. Prior to termination, haiv3.com will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via their registered email address. Any remaining balance at the time of termination due to inactivity may be forfeited at haiv3.com’s discretion.

  1. Platform Rights & Modifications

haiv3.com reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the HiveClix platform at any time.
Adjust Publisher earnings rates, referral bonuses, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and hold periods with reasonable notice.
Update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

haiv3.com’s total liability to any Publisher or Advertiser in connection with these terms or the HiveClix platform shall not exceed the total amount of verified earnings or wallet balance held on behalf of that user at the time the claim arises. haiv3.com is not liable for loss of earnings due to campaign pauses, platform downtime, fraud detection actions, or changes in CPC rates.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These HiveClix terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
